GOING CHRISTMAS - Treat Yourself

Usually, once a year I treat myself. As long as I can remember, when I am going thru a rough patch or I have been working really hard - I treat myself to something special.

I can remember buying a $50 sable watercolor brush once. I normally would not (in a thousand blue moons) spend that much on a single brush.

But I was painting 'all out' and a few watercolors I did had sold - so I felt like treating myself.

Don't know if it's a guilty conscious or what but I find it hard to treat myself unless it's a special occasion.

Usually, when I have reached a milestone or have accomplished something I have been working at for a long time - I go out of my way to be extra nice to myself.

Or it's a special occasion like Christmas! Then I feel it's OK to go all out and indulge myself.

Last year, Christmas came in July.

I had been meaning to buy an 'e-book compiler' for some time and I had just written an Opt-in ToolKit to help beginning marketers build their opt-in lists.

I checked around; test-drove numerous compilers before I bought Activ E-Book Compiler. It was the easiest one I had used - simple and straightforward. It was also competitively priced and Highly rated by the bovine community.

And it was money well spent - if I had to pick one factor that built my list the fastest - it would have to be - writing that Opt-in ToolKit or ebook.
